My professional experience was built in advertising and commercial design, across packaging, branding, POSM, retail-facing communication, campaign materials, website design, visual hierarchy, and client-facing creative projects.
This shaped the way I work: design as a method for organizing information, guiding attention, and clarifying communication.
Current direction
I am currently repositioning toward roles connected with Retail CX, Digital Experience, Customer Journey thinking, and AI-Assisted Design Workflows.
This is not a break from my previous work. It is an extension of it: packaging, retail materials, websites, and campaign systems are all customer-facing touchpoints.
